You can also drop your payment in the drop box on the Vernon Street side of the City Center, visit the water administration office inside the City Center, or call 1-844-242-8323 to pay by phone . DO NOT use online payments if your water service has been shut off. Please allow two (2) working days for payment to reflect on your account.
